Exchange Policy

• Eligibility for Exchange: Items can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
• Exchange Process:
1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
2. Specify the item you wish to exchange and the preferred size or color, subject to availability.
3. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item.
4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Additional Information

• Non-Exchangeable Items: Please note that final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the new item back to you.
• Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days from the date we receive your return for the exchange to be processed.
